Capy and Hangul Privacy Policy

1. Personal information

Capy and Hangul does not offer account registration and does not directly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or location information through the app. Information involved in in-app purchases and support requests that you choose to send is described separately below.

2. On-device information and deletion

The app may store learning progress and settings locally on your device to maintain progress and provide app features. This learning information is not sent to external servers operated by the developer.

Deleting the app may remove locally stored learning information. The app does not provide account-based progress syncing. Purchase records are separate from learning information and are managed under the policies of the relevant store and purchase service.

3. Advertising and analytics

Capy and Hangul does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or location tracking tools. We do not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for marketing.

4. In-app purchases and external services

The app uses RevenueCat to provide paid features, check purchase status, and restore purchases. RevenueCat may process limited information such as app user identifiers, purchase information, and device identifiers for purchase processing and verification. This information is used for purchase verification, restoration, and service provision.

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment information is managed under the privacy policies and terms of those services. Core learning works offline, while purchases and purchase restoration require an internet connection.

5. Device permissions

The app does not use sensitive device permissions such as location, camera, microphone, or contacts. If a future feature requires a new permission, we will explain its purpose.

6. Children's privacy

Capy and Hangul provides learning content for young children. It does not include features that ask for a child's name, contact information, or location, and does not collect those details for learning. Parents and guardians should avoid including information that identifies a child in support requests.

7. Support requests

If you or a guardian contacts us by email, we process your reply email address and the information you choose to provide, such as your message, device details, and app version. We use this information to review your request, investigate problems, and respond.

Do not send unnecessary personal information, a child's name or photo, passwords, or payment card details. You may request access, correction, or deletion of support information using the contact address below. Requests concerning information held by purchase services may be subject to those services' procedures.

8. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Service providers such as RevenueCat, the Apple App Store, and Google Play may process limited information to handle in-app purchases, verify purchases, and restore access.
