Capy and Hangul Support

Capy and ABC teaches the English alphabet. Capy and Hangul is a separate app for learning Korean letters, with Hangul consonants, vowels, and letter tracing alongside a capybara friend.

We are preparing for launch. Official download links will be added to this page when the App Store and Google Play listings are available.

Core Hangul learning works offline after installation. App downloads, updates, in-app purchases, and purchase restoration require an internet connection.

No account is required, and the app does not use advertising or analytics SDKs. Progress and settings are stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details about purchase-related data processing.

Check the device's media volume and silent mode. Check whether audio is being sent to Bluetooth headphones or a speaker, then reopen the app.

Fully close and reopen the app, then restart the device. If the problem continues, email us with your device model, operating system, app version, and the screen where it happens. Reinstalling may remove learning progress stored on the device.

Sign in with the same store account used for the purchase and use purchase restoration in the app's settings. An internet connection is required. Purchases may not transfer between different stores. If you still need help, send the order number, but never send card details or passwords.

Learning progress and settings are stored on the current device. The app does not provide account-based syncing, and progress may not remain after deleting the app or changing devices.
