▶ 1. The Dichotomy of Control
All events in life belong to one of two categories:
Frustration arises entirely when we attempt to exert control over external factors beyond our influence.
▶ 2. The Archer's Metaphor
An archer exerts 100% control over sharpening the arrow, aiming, and drawing the bowstring. However, once released, wind conditions and moving targets fall outside their control. A Stoic finds contentment in having aimed well, regardless of external results.
